That's the average cost to present a concert by the White Mountain Symphony Orchestra.
That covers rental of the auditorium, purchase of the music scores and performance rights, instrument insurance and repair, a small salary for the conductor, music librarian and equipment manager, and mileage and child care reimbursement for the otherwise volunteer musicians.
